1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that,
as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross
violations of human rights for the individuals listed below. These
individuals are candidates for the ILEA Bangkok "Clandestine Lab
Investigations/Chemical Control Course" scheduled from January 12-23,
2009. The Government of Brunei is responsible for all transportation
cost.
