(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights for the individuals identified below. These individuals are candidates for the Manpower Personnel Officer Course that starts January 3, 2009 and ends February 24, 2009 at Keesler Air Force Base, MS. ¶2. (U) Candidates: CPT John Omar S.
