(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights for the individuals identified below. These individuals are candidates for a SET/PA Qualification course under JUSMAG International Military Education and Training (IMET) Program. This SET/PA Qualification course starts December 24, 2008 and ends May 8, 2009 at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. ¶2. (U) Candidates: ENS Liezl M.
