(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, to date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights committed by the individuals identified below. These individuals are candidates for the ILEA Bangkok Tactical and Safety Training Course from December 8-18, 2008 in Bangkok, Thailand. ¶2.
