(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights for the individuals identified below. These individuals are candidates for participation in the Multinational Force Standard Operating Procedure Workshop under JUSMAG's Title X Program. The workshop schedule runs from November 16-21, 2008 in Honolulu, Hawaii. ¶2. (U) Candidates: LTC Filemon D. (U) Post may provide the following statement to authorized parties: Embassy verifies that the Department of State possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights by the individuals identified in paragraph 2 above, as of this date.
