(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights for the individuals identified below. These individuals are candidates for an ILEA-Bangkok Tactical Safety and Planning course. The course schedules runs from December 8-18, 2008 in Bangkok, Thailand. ¶2. (U) Candidates: SPO3 Ronald C.
