(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, to date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross violations of human rights committed by the individual listed below. This individual is a candidate to participate in the JUSMAG THAI Civil Affairs Training program at Fort Bragg in North Carolina from December 15, 2008 through April 17, 2009. ¶2.
