(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, to date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross violations of human rights committed by the individual listed below. This individual is a candidate to participate in the JUSMAG THAI International Officer Intelligence, Captains Career Common Corps and Intelligence Captains Career at Fort Huachuca in Arizona from December 8, 2008 through June 16, 2009. ¶2.
