(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that, to date, it possesses no credible information of gross human rights violations for the individual listed below. This individual is a candidate for participation in a Naval Staff College Program training course from January 13, 2009 through June 19, 2009 in Newport, Rhode Island. The Naval Staff College (NSC) will conduct the training program. ¶2.
