(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights for the individual identified below. This individual is a candidate for participation in the Captain Career Common Core under JUSMAG International Military Education and Training (IMET) Program. The program schedule runs from December 1, 2008 through June 3, 2009. ¶2. (U) Candidate: CPT Justino T.
