(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that, to date, it possesses no credible information of gross human rights violations for the individual listed below. This individual is a candidate for participation in the Fusion Mint 09-01 training exercise scheduled from February 23 through March 13, 2009 in Tawau, Sabah.
