(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, to date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross violations of human rights committed by the individual listed below. This individual is a candidate to attend the JUSMAG - 533 Combat Systems Science and Technology program at the Navy Post-Graduate School in Monterey, California from December 28, 2008 through to December 17, ¶2010. ¶2.
