1.PRM acknowledges receipt of the P-1 referral and authorizes
processing of
KIM, Song Pok (Chinese:Jin Chengfu),DOB:24 January 1984.
DHS/USCIS has concurred with this request.
¶2. Bangkok Refcoord will instruct OPE Bangkok to activate
this case and initiate
expedited processing immediately.
¶3. As with all referrals, PRM cannot guarantee this
individual will be approved for
resettlement in the United States. Only DHS/USCIS can
make that determination based
on a personal interview. This individual will also have
to meet other admissibility
requirements including a medical examination and security
clearance before this person can be
admitted as a refugee.
