1. This is an action request. The Working Group on
Communications, which reviews individual complaints sent
to the UN Human Rights Council, has requested a response
regarding the case of Edgar Allen Stitzel. The US response
has been sent by email to Mission Geneva. Mission is
requested to deliver this response to the Working Group on
Communication under cover of a diplomatic note. The
Department appreciates the Mission's assistance in this
matter.
