1. Mission clearance is requested for Director of Central
African Affairs, Karl Wycoff to travel to New York to
participate in meetings at the UNGA from September
23-27th. Mr. Wycoff,s presence has been requested by the AF
front office for a meeting with the DRC delegation and
Mr. Wycoff will also be participating in other meetings
involving AF/C countries--e.g. with the Chadian delegation.
2. Traveler does not need assistance for transportation or
hotel reservations
3. Traveler, personal data and travel information are as
follows:
