PolOff delivered reftel demarche to Ministry of Foreign
Affairs Human Rights Expert, Christina Yotova on Feb. 11 and
discussed it again on Feb. 15th. Yotova promised to deliver
the U.S. position to her superiors and told PolOff that
Bulgaria will follow the EU position on this issue. She said
that if the EU decided to make a public statement, Bulgaria
would react favorably to this decision.
