1. Post warmly welcomes August 5-7 visit of Staff Members
Laurence Hanauer, Joshua Kirshner, Donald Vieira, Sarah
Rowland and Jamal Ware to Sofia. Post will meet and assist
upon arrival and transfer to hotel.
2. Accommodations within per diem in Sofia for the nights of
Tuesday, August 5 and Wednesday, August 6, are confirmed at
the Hilton Hotel. The hotel address is 1, Bulgaria Blvd.
Sofia 1421, tel: 359-2-933-5000, Fax: 359-2-933-5019. The
website is www.sofia.hilton.com. The room rate is USD
169.20. There is an additional fee of .62 Euro per person,
per night. Breakfast is inclusive.
