1. (U) The Bulgarian Ministry of Economy and Energy informed us
February 20 that the Bulgarian delegation to the Washington
International Renewable Energy Conference will consist of the
following officials:

Mr. Petar Dimitrov, Minister, Ministry of Economy and Energy;
Ms. Galina Tosheva-Grigoriva, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Economy
and Energy;
Ms. Elena Poptodorova, Ambassador, Embassy of the Republic of
Bulgaria;
Ms. Maroussia Ossikovska, Chief Expert, Ministry of Economy and
Energy;
Mr. Nikolay Valov, Commercial Counselor, Embassy of the Republic of
Bulgaria;
Ms. Aysehel Rufi-Hyusmen, Director of Public Relations, Ministry of
Economy and Energy;
Ms. Zlatka Barakova, Interpreter, National Electric Company,
Republic of Bulgaria.


2. (U) The Ministry has submitted individual registration forms to
the WIREC organizers.
