(C) PolOff spoke February 13 with Svetlana Geleva, Director
of Multilateral Affairs for MFA, regarding Serbia's intention
to invoke OSCE's Berlin Mechanism following Kosovo's
declaration of independence. Geleva was aware of Serbia's
intentions, and indicated that Macedonia will not support
convoking an emergency meeting under the Berlin Mechanism.
She doubted that Serbia would be able to find support from 12
OSCE members to convene such a meeting.
