On December 23, Econoff delivered demarche per reftel and provided
talking points and background on the designation of two Iranian
entities of proliferation concern to Ms. Michelle Teo-Jacob, Deputy
Director of Counter Proliferation and International Security Branch
at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ms. Teo-Jacob said the
information would be disseminated to relevant agencies for action,
but otherwise had no immediate response.
