of a ROK NHK-II PIP flight test from Kim Hyon-du of the
ROK-U.S. Security Cooperation Division of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs and Trade.
BEGIN TEXT:
In accordance with the ROK's New Missile Guidelines adopted
on January 17, 2001, the ROKG would like to provide the USG
with the relevant information on the planned flight test of a
new rocket system as follows:
(a) Name of the rocket: NHK-II PIP
(b) Notification of the category: Part 3 of the Guidelines
(c) The 5th flight-test date/place: October 9, 2008 / Anheung
