(C) On June 19, poloff delivered reftel points to Kim
Sung-eun, Disarmament and Nonproliferation Division, Ministry
of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Kim said that the ROKG would
consider making a presentation and would encourage other MTCR
partner countries to do the same. On July 2, Kim informed
poloff that the ROKG had decided to deliver a presentation at
the November Plenary. She said the exact topic had not yet
been determined, but the presentation would focus on the
ROK's national export control implementation system and
include some missile-related case studies.
