2. Post requests the Department's assistance in conducting
human right screening pursuant to the Leahy Amendment for the
following Dominican Army units, all of which are components
of the 1st Battalion "COEN": 1st and 2nd Platoons, "A"
Company; 1st and 2nd Platoons, "B" Company; and 1st and 2nd
Platoons, "C" Company. Post has no disqualifying
information. Please slug response for NAS and ECOPOL.
