3. The Department of Labor Deputy Undersecretary Charlotte
Ponticelli recently visited the Dominican Republic to launch
a US$4 million DOL funded program against child labor (Ref
B). During the visit, Ponticelli noted to local interlocutors
the new reporting requirements for the Trafficking in Victims
Protection Reauthorization Act.
