1. (C) On February 15, the Ambassador followed up previous
demarches by Post and delivered Reftel talking points to
Minister of Foreign Affairs Morales. The Ambassador pressed
for recognition of Kosovo as early as possible. Morales
replied that the Dominican Republic would support the United
States position.
