Ministry Deputy Director of the Office of Special Policies,
on July 15. Biggs indicated Chile shares U.S. concerns about
Iran's nuclear intentions and "will seek to moderate" the
language used in the NAM statement. Ambassador Carlos
Portales, former number three at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and currently heading the Chilean Mission in Geneva,
will attend the meeting in Tehran.
