On June 5, POLOFF delivered the proposed agenda for the
Friends of Iraq Conference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
(MFA). According to Gustavo Argueta, the Multilateral
Affairs Officer, the MFA will not send a representative to
the conference due to budgetary restraints.
