BREVE TO THE OAS ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL
1. (U) Post received the following request from the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs. The GOES asks that we support El
Salvador's candidate, Francia Breve, to the OAS
Administrative Tribunal for the period 2008-2013. The
election will take place at the 38th session of the OAS
General Assembly to be held in Medellin, Colombia.

THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL
SALVADOR presents its compliments to the Honorable Embassy of
the United States of America, in the occasion of informing
that El Salvador has presented the candidacy of Ms. Francia
Breve to be part of the Administrative Tribunal of the
Organization of American States (OAS),for the period
2008-2013, whose election will take place during the 38th
session of the General Assembly, from 1-3 June, 2008, in
Medellin, Colombia.
Ms. Breve has a extensive experience and knowledge in the
legal field, for that reason, the Government of El Salvador
is completely confident that she will contribute to the work
of the Tribunal. The biographic information on the
Salvadoran candidate is attached.
The Government of El Salvador would appreciate the valuable
support of the Government of the United States of America for
this candidacy.
