(U) Post received the following request from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The GOES asks that we support El Salvador's candidate, Francia Breve, to the OAS Administrative Tribunal for the period 2008-2013. The election will take place at the 38th session of the OAS General Assembly to be held in Medellin, Colombia. ¶2.
