(U) This is an action request. Please see paragraph 3. ¶2. (U) Poloff delivered reftel points to Jose Roberto Trabanino, MFA Global Affairs Coordinator. Trabanino informed Poloff that the Salvadoran Ambassador in Vienna would be attending the meetings along with the Salvadoran National Anti-Narcotics Coordinator. Trabanino told Poloff that this was the first time El Salvador had been involved with the CND. ¶3. (U) ACTION REQUEST: The Salvadoran MFA has asked if Spanish language translations of the draft resolutions and background material were available. Post has communicated request to INL sepcon via e-mail. Post would appreciate assistance obtaining this information as requested by the GOES as soon as possible.
