On May 12 POLOFF delivered reftel demarche to Second
Secretary in the Foreign Minister,s Office Najwa al-Serri.
Al-Serri said, though the ROYG did not ratify the Declaration
of Human Rights, the ROYG complied with all the declaration's
rules, as it is one of the foundations of the United Nations.
