(SBU) 1. Italy's civil aviation authority, ENAC, has
informed post that it has sent a written reprimand to Captain
Massimo Solfanelli regarding a violation to international
airspace rules as detailed in reftel. According to ENAC,
their written reprimand is a basic measure taken in response
to any reported infringement. ENAC has further demanded that
Alitalia take ENAC's decision into consideration for any
future training for Captain Solfanelli.
