Poloff spoke to MFA UN Affairs Deputy Office Director
Leonardo Bencini December 18 and inquired about Italian
participation in the Transportation and Logistics Support
Arrangement (TLSA),following up on our previous approach
(Ref A). Bencini confirmed that Italy will participate in
the TLSA, and said that he will be the GOI's POC. His
