Office Director for Israel and Palestine Daniele Bosio and
Human Rights Office Director Laura Carpini on January 24.
Carpini said Italy was aware of the OIC-Group of Arab States
-sponsored resolution but had not yet decided how to vote.
She believed, however, that the EU was moving in the
direction of abstaining on the vote rather than voting
against.
