(SBU) On July 13, Poloffs delivered ref demarche regarding
India's safeguards agreement to Moroccan Ministry of Foreign
Affairs (MFA),International Organizations Division, Chief of
Security and Disarmament Eloumni Bouchaib. Bouchaib advised
that in principle, Morocco is supportive of any safeguard
implementation and he would recommend, to both his superiors
in the MFA and to the Moroccan delegation in Vienna, Moroccan
approval of the India safeguard agreement during the 1 Aug
Board of Governors meeting.
