(Note: Merchaoui will also attend the Africa Defense Policy Dialogue to be held in Washington the last week of March End Note.) ¶2. (U) Separately, the reftel agenda has also been delivered to Lachen Saille, Office Director for Arab Maghreb Union Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Government of Morocco offices will be closed March 20-21 and will reopen March 24.
