(C) On October 28 Poloff delivered reftel demarche to MFA Head of United Nations Division Azzedine Farhane concerning the proposed U.S. draft resolution on "Compliance With Non-proliferation, Arms Limitation and Disarmament Agreements and Commitments". Farhane said the GOM would likely support the resolution. ¶2. (C) Farhane said the Egyptians had not approached them about this matter but opined that the Egyptians would not vote against this resolution. However, if the Egyptians react unfavorably to this resolution, Farhane said Morocco would likely not concur with their decision.
