Kuchynova-Smigolova on September 22. She appreciated
receiving our position and assured us that the Czechs support
our position on suspending NATO-Russia Council Prepcoms and
our policy of "no business as usual in the NRC." The Czechs
also look forward to receiving further clarifications on our
positions on dealing with Russia at NATO and in other
international fora.
