(SBU) Czech MFA Department of the Middle East Director Josef
Rychtar, stated that the Czechs will participate in the
"Together, We Achieve the Lebanese Dream" conference on March
14. He indicated that the EU Ambassadors met a few days ago
in Beirut to discuss this conference and that the consensus
was for EU member states to participate at the Deputy Chief
of Mission level. Thus, the Czech DCM in Beirut will
represent the GOCR.
