(SBU) Emboffs met with Czech MFA Director of Northern and
Eastern Europe, David Kostoval, to discuss possible Russian
recognition of Abkhazia, Georgia. Kostoval succinctly stated
the Czech position on Abkhazia - they recognize Georgia's
territorial integrity and they would like to see a peaceful
solution. Kostoval confirmed that like the USG, the GOCR
does not see Kosovo in the same light as Abkhazia.
