1. (U) Econoff discussed May 2 the upcoming PSI Outreach
Workshop with Ministry of Foreign Affairs Director of
International Organizations Azad Belfort. Embassy provided
Belfor contact information, the workshop agenda and
logistical information needed to register Haiti as a
participant.
2. (U) Belfort said Haitian Ambassador to the United States
Raymond Joseph will attend the workshop and will be provided
all documentation, including the non-paper, to facilitate his
registration and attendance.
