¶1. (U) Embassy delivered ref A non-paper via diplomatic note
to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International
Cooperation August 20. Econoff also delivered reftel
demarche August 25 to Ms. Tal Nay Im, Director General of the
National Bank of Cambodia (NBC). Post has yet to receive an
official response. Ms. Tal indicated that the NBC would
share the information with the appropriate agencies to ensure
proper dissemination of the list of designated Iranian
entities and individuals and instruct all financial
institutions to take appropriate action to comply with UNSCRs
1737, 1747, and 1803.
CAMPBELL
