MFA Americas Director Elizabeth
Beton-Delegue, who replied both President Sarkozy and FM
Kouchner would take part in the 63rd UNGA. FM Kouchner would
seek a bilateral meeting with Secretary Rice at UNGA. The
MFA provided no additional details of the French delegation
at this time, but suggested additional details would be
available later in the summer. Post will update with any
new developments.
