¶1. (U) Per reftel, Post delivered the demarche to Rosita
Hubard, head of the International Organizations Division, and
Terence Craig, head of the America's Division, at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on February 1, 2008. Post noted
that Suriname submitted its Annual Declaration in 2007, and
thanked Hubard and Craig. Hubard and Craig had no immediate
comment.
¶2. (U) Post will report any reaction from Government of
Suriname.
