¶1. (U) Per reftel, Post delivered the information to the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Suriname on
29 July as a diplomatic note requesting the Ministry's
assistance in forwarding the information to the Office of the
Attorney General and/or other appropriate government
ministries.
¶2. (U) Post will report future substantive response from the
Government of Suriname.
