(1) (U) Per reftel, on May 23 EconOff delivered demarche to
Terence Craig, head of the Americas Division at the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Suriname. Craig had
no immediate reaction.
(2) EconOff requested Craig forward a diplomatic note, aide
memoire, and Karen Hulebak's CV to the Ministry of
Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries. Post will
report any substantive response from the Government of
Suriname.
