1. (SBU) On March 13 POLOFF delivered message as per reftel
to Rosita Hubard, Head of the International Relations
Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the government
of Suriname (GOS). Hubard said the GOS still cannot take a
clear standpoint on recognizing Kosovo because "some facts
are unclear." Hubard said she would pass the message on to
her superiors.
2. (U) Post will pass on any further response from the GOS.
