On July 29, Poloff presented reftel demarche to MFA Director for
International Organizations, Mr. Dieudonne Sougouri. Sougouri said
the MFA did not yet have plans for Burkina Faso's U.N. General
Assembly (UNGA) participation. Sougouri indicated that these
decisions would be made at a later date and said he would notify
Post as soon as he received Burkina's UNGA delegation composition.
