(U) The Canadian Delegation to the International
Telecommunications Union - Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R)
Study Group (SG) 5 is aware of the U.S. compromise proposal.
Jean-Claude Brien, Director EMC Analysis and Consultation,
Spectrum Engineering, Industry CANADA said Canada's
delegation would take into consideration the U.S. view.
Brien said that the Canadian position is outlined in the
document SG5 5/76.
