(SBU) On February 20 we delivered reftel points to MFA High
North, Resources and Russia Deputy Director General Robert
Kvile and Assistant Director General Marius Dirdal. Dirdal
described the proposal as interesting, meriting careful GON
study. Norway will be prepared to discuss the proposal
during the next IEA meeting.
